Any specific comments relating to any clauses you might consider to be inconsistent with these core principles should be forwarded to julie.ryan@hse.ie with subject header 'HSE Standard Terms' detailing the specific clause in question and the reason for your representation. All constructive comments will be considered on their merits and may at the HSE’s absolute discretion be given effect in revised versions of HSE's Standard Terms for Services & Supplies. Please note that supplying a comment does not alter the existing terms which apply to all commercial arrangements entered into at that time unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by HSE.
