Personal exploration

People in addiction lose the freedom to make positive lifestyle choices. The aim of personal exploration is to improve participants' self-awareness, freedom and choice through group work, one-to-one sessions and, if needed, referral to specialist counselling services. Areas explored include personal history and relationships, attitudes and behaviour, coping mechanisms and lifestyle, and relapse prevention.
