There is a legal requirement to notify the HSE at least 28 days before commencement of any Early Years / Pre-School service. For temporary drop in centres at least 14 days notice is required. It is recommended that potential providers avail of the HSE Advisory Service prior to opening a service.

The Notification Schedule and Guidance Note are to be returned to your local Early Years / Pre-School Office.
