Friends of St. Luke's General Hospital Carlow- Kilkenny

The Irish Hospice Foundation established a national programme to mainstream hospice principles in hospital practice.  It focuses on four key themes generated from a pilot project: Integrated Care; Communication; Dignity & Design; Patient Autonomy. Connolly Hospital is participating in this programme.
