About us
The Research & Education Foundation at Sligo General Hospital is a charity dedicated to the improvement of health and healthcare delivery by promoting the development of a culture of research and education at Sligo General Hospital and the hospital catchment area.
The Research & Education Foundation organises a range of activities in support of research & education including: Research Grant Schemes, Research Skills Courses, Annual Research Conference, Research Ethics Committee Secretariat, Research Poster Design and Printing, Open Public Meeting series, Medical Lectures etc. The Foundation is a member of the Medical Research Charities Group.
