There are a number of dental practices in the area which provide treatment to private patients, insured patients and adult medical card holders. Services for Children

Emergency services (treatment/advice, as appropriate) are available for children (under 16 years of age) without appointment at any clinic on any day that the dental clinic is open.  Patients are asked to attend at 9am if at all possible.  The definition of an emergency can include circumstances where a parent is concerned about any aspect of their child's dental/oral health.  Non-urgent cases may be given an appointment.

Routine dental care for children is arranged through local national schools.

Out of Hours Emergency Service

The Dental Hospital, Lincoln Place, Dublin 2, provides a service on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays for severe dental emergencies only from 9am to 11pm.  This service must be accessed by calling 01 6127200 and leaving your details, including the telephone number at which you can be contacted, on the answering machine. If you have a severe dental emergency outside these hours, you should contact your nearest general hospital Casualty Department.
