There are Public Health Nurses working from every Health Centre, who provide a broad range of services to people in their homes and in the Health Centre. They are often your first contact with the HSE. They visit new mothers and babies offering support, advice and screening. They provide a home nursing service and a range of other services to all age groups. They also provide aftercare to people who have been discharged from hospital.
