The Customer Service Strategy Statement is part of the Health Service Executive's (HSE) ongoing development programme, in relation to Quality Customer Service. The Strategy Statement sets out the actions that the HSE will take, over the coming years, to give effect to these principles and also further develop the HSE's capabilities in delivering the highest quality service to its customers. Whilst the strategy will set out the actions, the business plan will state how this will be done and how this will be measured.
