Part 10 of the Medical Practitioners Act 2007 (MPA2007) defines the legislative responsibilities of the Health Service Executive in relation to medical and dental education and training. This report is the second Annual Assessment of non-consultant hospital doctor (NCHD) posts developed by the HSE on foot of these legislative requirements as they relate to medical education and training.
