The price of a standard certificate is €20 (plus postage).

PLEASE NOTE - If the life event has not been registered, do not apply online as it will not be available and a search fee will apply.

Queries in relation to certificate orders that have been placed can be emailed to certificates@hse.ie. Please include your Order ID number in your email.
