A key recommendation in New Directions is that Service Providers benchmark their existing services against the approach to day services set out in New Directions. The outcomes from the Benchmarking Exercise has been analysed and the New Directions Benchmarking Report 2016 is now available. This report will assist in the development of the framework for reconfiguration that will be developed later in 2016.
