Swine Flu is a flu virus that spread around the world over the last year. For most of us, it caused mild to moderate flu illness, and most people were able to get better at home after about a week. Plenty of fluids, paracetamol or ibuprofen and rest ensured most people recovered, and only people with severe symptoms or existing health conditions needed anti-viral medicine.
