How to use the Vaccine Booking System

Bookings can usually be made only over 6 hours before the appointment - this means that for clinic visits at 2pm on a Wednesday, you need to make a booking before 8am on Wednesday. In some areas, for operational reasons, bookings can only be made 24 hours in advance of the visit.
Bookings are for timeslots - e.g. 10am - 11am on a Tuesday, not for individual appointments. A number of people will bebooked in for each timeslot.
Beside each Vaccine Clinic on the previous page, you will see its opening times and a link - 'Book a Visit to this Clinic'
Click on this link, and you will be brought to a booking calendar for that Vaccine Clinic
Choose the day or week when you wish to attend the clinic. You can view the Week, Month, Day, or all Available days, by choosing the main tabs on top of the calendar
Click on a day or date, and see the timeslots available on that day. In each timeslot, you can see how many visits are already booked. For example, at 10am on Nov 12, the timeslot might show (11/30). This means 11 people are already booked into that timedslot out of the total of 30 places available
When you find a timeslot you would like to book, click on it. A small window opens showing the date and time you have chosen, and saying how many places are available at that time. Click on 'New Attendance' or 'New Reservation' to enter your name and details
Enter your name - this is a requirement. Enter your email and contact telephone numbers. If you leave an email address, we can email you a reminder of your appointment. If you don't have an email address, you might like to leave the email of someone who can pass a message to you
When you have entered your details, click on 'Create Attendance' or 'Create Reservation'. Your booking has been made.
