The HSE is required to comply with the Ethics in Public Office Act 1995 & Standards in Public Office Act 2001 and it is policy to ensure all relevant employees are informed of their obligations under the legislation.
All Employees on a salary scale the minimum point of which is equal to or greater than €64,812.00 (which is set at the minimum point of the Grade VIII scale) across ALL GRADE CATEGORIES AND WORK STREAMS with an interest to declare are required to furnish an annual Statement of Interests for 2012 between 1st-31st January 2013.
