National staff magazine Health Matters relaunched 2015 with improved design and content

 Updated Staff & Careers section on HSE website now responsive for tablets, mobiles and other devices

 Greater use of social media channels such as Twitter, You Tube and Facebook in healthcare communications

Quality Improvement

The Quality Improvement Division held Staff Listening sessions in University Hospital Kerry, Cavan Monaghan Hospital, Kerry Mental Health Services and CHO 3 in 2015.

 Staff engaged in University Hospital Kerry in developing quality and safety improvement initiatives. Front Line Ownership concept tested.

 Introduction of Schwatz Rounds tested in Blackrock Hospice and Galway University Hospital for improved staff wellbeing, resilience and teamwork.
