EU Digital COVID Certificate Self Service Portal

Welcome to the Digital COVID Certificate Self Service Portal.

You can use this portal to manage a number of activities in relation to your Certificate of Vaccination or Certificate of Recovery without needing to call the Digital COVID Certificate call centre.

For certificates based on negative RT-PCR tests, a Digital COVID Certificate will be provided by the private RT-PCR testing service. Certificates based on a RT-PCR are valid for 72 hours after the test was taken.

To get started, simply choose the service you need below and provide the necessary details on the form.

If you can’t find what you need or need additional help, you can call our Helpline on 1800 807 008 or +353 1 903 6437 from outside Ireland. The helpline opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Please note EU regulations establishing a 9 month validity period on primary certificates of vaccination for travel within the EU.

Request a digital COVID certificate of vaccination

You can use this online request form for the following situations: • I have been fully vaccinated with my primary vaccination course in Ireland more than 5 days ago and have not yet received my vaccination certificate. You cannot use this online form for the following situations, you should call the helpdesk: • I have received my booster dose in Ireland but my primary doses abroad (primary vaccines received abroad). For this query you should ring the DCC Helpdesk.

Request a digital COVID certificate of recovery

I have recovered from COVID 19 in Ireland within the last 6 months and want to request my digital COVID certificate of recovery.

Request an EU Digital COVID Certificate of Vaccination for vaccinations received outside of the European Union (EU).

This service is only available to Irish citizens that have received an EMA approved COVID-19 Vaccine in an Non-EU country and hold an official certificate which is a proof of COVID-19 vaccinations from the Non-EU country.

I have received my certificate and I need to:

Update the details on my digital COVID certificate of vaccination

You can use this online request form for the following situations: • I have received my certificate but the details on the certificate do not match my passport documents (once you submit your request, you may be contacted where further information or documents are required).

Reissue my digital COVID certificate of vaccination

You can use this online request form for the following situations: • I have received my digital COVID certificate of vaccination and I need it reissued to me by email. I do not need any change or edits to the certificate details.
