A Helping Hand

One of my co-workers is particularly good at bringing gratitude and kindness into the workplace.
When I had a strict deadline after I returned from a meeting, she left me a bar of chocolate on my desk to cheer me up.

She also took time out of her very busy schedule to talk to me about the meeting and lend her expertise around how I complete each action.
Her gesture, although very small totally made my week and made me feel grounded as I had only been in the service a few months.
She’s been known to pay for people’s coffee when people have no money, and always gets a card and cake for people’s birthdays.
Any workplace would be lucky to have someone who brings so much positive energy.
