Compassionate enquiry

When Catherina was approached by the wife of a cancer sufferer who was applying for a medical card she processed the application but also took time out to ask how the woman was coping and could she do anything for her. Catherina offered advice on how although her husbands care was very important, her health was also very important and took the time to speak with her and show compassion.
