We as a team support each other to provide the service

As a service manager , it can be quite challenging to keep service delivery going when you are down staff in the context of demand on service and waiting times . Usually my reaction is to roll up my sleeves and get stuck in and help out. But you can only do so much before you start to feel stressed. More recently I have found it helpful to let staff know my own limitations, share the responsibility of how to keep the service going with the team and that we, as a team, support each other to provide the service.
