The focus of the BRMs is on continuous enhancement of the customer centric business model which is achieved through the building and maintaining of strategic, tactical and operational relationships with business partners and HBS business units.
Our professionally accredited BRMs are trusted advisors who work collectively and collaboratively through the use of enabling technologies, operational excellence and the identification of opportunities to continually drive service improvements and add value to the business partner experience. The portfolio of BRM business partners incorporates hospital groups, community healthcare organisations, Tusla and the National Ambulance Service.
