In setting up these projects, the Quality Improvement Division has partnered directly with front line services in the Social Care and Health and Wellbeing Divisions in the HSE.

  • What is a Quality Profile? (includes definitions, key features of a Quality Profile, etc...)

  • Creating your Quality Profile (includes guidance on the process undertaken by front line services who developed their own local Quality Profiles)

  • Toolkit (includes templates for run charts, story boards etc...)

  • Recommended Reading (includes references to relevant reports and publications)
