A draft HSE Guide has been developed to support health and social care professionals to implement good practice in relation to the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015. The Guide provides a broad overview of the Act and it's main implications for service users and staff in health and social care settings. This draft Guide is now available for consultation. We wish to hear your views and feedback on the draft Guide. We welcome feedback from individuals, groups and organisations.
