Webinar Series - Assisted Decision-Making Capacity Act 2015

Webinar Series - Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015 Commencement and Implementation

The National Office for Human Rights and Equality Policy based in Strategy and Research was established to support health and social care services to prepare for the commencement of the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015 which is scheduled for June 2022. The role of this office is to build the capacity and capability of staff to achieve compliance with human rights policy and legislation.
