Patient Advocacy Liaison Service

The Patient Advocacy Liaison Service (PALS) volunteers help patients and visitors in University Hospital Limerick, Nenagh Hospital and Ennis Hospital.

PALS volunteers welcome patients and visitors and help them find their way around our hospitals.  They serve in a variety of roles; way-finders, patient companions, information guides.  Volunteers also help with any general queries people may have. This could be arranging a taxi or how to give feedback on their hospital experience.   They are dressed in red tabards with an embroidered yellow logo.
