The international  aim of Restart a Heart in 2018 is to raise awareness about cardiac arrest and increase bystander cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). The HSE National Ambulance Service will be providing CPR awareness, familiarisation, and training sessions across the country. This will be in partnership with HSE resuscitation training officers,  Irish Heart Foundation CPR instructors,  Community First Responders, the voluntary & auxiliary ambulance services, and the Prehospital Emergency Care Council.

Please click on the links below to book your place at a session that suits you. Even if you attended last year or are CPR trained, come along and practice your CPR skills!

Invite your family and friends.

Last year, over 1,000 HSE staff attended our CPR sessions in HSE venues. This year, we are extending the invitation to the general public, so please encourage your family and friends to attend any of the sessions listed below.
