Monday - Friday 9:30 - 12:00 & 2:00 - 4:00pm daily. (closed bank holidays) 

Walk-in service - no appointment required.

Postal Service to the National Repair Service

  • Please use a padded envelope & registered post for safe delivery.
  • Please include name, address, telephone number & client reference number along with brief description of the problem experienced with hearing aid.
  • Turnabout of service can take up to 5 working days.

Directions

To access new Grangegorman Primary Care Centre from Luas stop

Once you leave Luas stop, the new Grangegorman Primary Care Centre is located on the west side of the Grangegorman site and can be accessed through the entrance on Grangegorman Upper. If coming from the recently opened Grangegorman Luas Stop, exit the Luas stop laneway, cross the Grangegorman Road and turn right. Continue in that direction for about 5 minutes and the Primary Care Centre will be on your left (same side of the street).

To access new Grangegorman Primary Care Centre from NCR heading towards Phibsborough

Pass Connolly Norman House and the Mercedes garage on the right hand side and look for the signs on the grey walls for the Phoenix Care Centre. Turn right then immediately left into the Primary Care car park. The Phoenix Centre will be on the right of the car park. The Grangegorman Primary Care Centre will be a 300m walk. Look on the left hand side for signs to Grangegorman Primary Care Centre. Go towards the top left hand side of the carpark there are black railings; you need to press the green button for entry and follow the path for 250 meters.

To access new Grangegorman Primary Care Centre from Prussia Street

Turn right onto the North Circular Road, pass Connolly Norman House and look for the signs on the grey walls for the Phoenix Care Centre. Then follow directions as above.

To access new Grangegorman Primary Care Centre from Grangegorman Road Upper

If coming from Philsborough on NCR turn left at Abbeyvale Cars if going towards direction of the Phoenix Park. If going in the direction of Phibsborough turn right at Abbeyvale cars. This is a very narrow road and Grangegorman Primary Care Centre will be on the right hand side with high grey walls, there is a walkway gate entrance and a larger gate.

The department can also offer advice on hearing aid functions and its use, or any problems you may be having. They also offer advice on assistive technology devices such as FM systems, Loop systems and where they can be obtained.
