The dietitian will manage your dietary needs through dietary counselling, supplementation of nutrient intake and continued monitoring of your nutritional requirements. The Dietitian will strive to educate you, your family, carers and nursing staff and members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and awareness of your nutritional needs.
