Individual Placement and Support (IPS) is an employment support service for people who experience mental health difficulties.
It matches you with a job that suits your skills, and helps you to achieve your potential at work.
It is provided by an Employment Specialist who is a member of the local HSE Community Mental Health Team. They have expertise in employment support.
IPS is supported by external partner companies and HSE staff, particularly Occupational Therapy Managers.
