Review: This book is aimed at people who recognise that they have a sexual problem and feel they would like to try and sort it out for themselves. The book is divided into two parts. The first part of the book looks at the nature of sexual problems in a variety of contexts, for example, for the single person and for couples in established relationships. There is also a chapter describing methods of contraception. The second part of the book constitutes a self-help manual. Various methods of relaxation and stress management are described which are helpful in all areas of life. Specific sexual problems are identified and programmes described which facilitate their resolution. The book deals with these issues both sensitively and practically.
