HSE welcomes the publication of the findings of the National Inpatient Experience Survey 2021

The HSE welcomes today the publication of the findings of the National Inpatient Experience Survey 2021.

Today, we are also publishing our ‘Listening, Responding and Improving’ Report, with information on the quality improvement plans underway in our hospitals to improve patient experience. 

Thank you to all the patients who participated in the survey and provided us with valuable insights on their patient experience in our hospitals.

Thank you also to all our staff who are continuously working to improve patient care and implementing quality improvement plans and initiatives in all of our hospitals.
