The HSE welcomes the publication of the findings of the National Maternity Bereavement Experience Survey 2022.
Today, we are also publishing our HSE response to the findings in our ‘Listening, Responding and Improving’ Report, with information on the quality improvement plans underway in our maternity units to improve patients’ care experiences.
Thank you to all those who participated in the survey and provided us with valuable insights on their maternity bereavement experience in our hospitals.
Thank you also to all our staff who are continuously working to improve patient care and implementing quality improvement plans and initiatives in all of our hospitals.
