Operational Site Manager at Monaghan CVC Paula Loughran said:

"We strongly encourage anyone who is eligible for a COVID-19 vaccine to avail of it as soon as they can. COVID-19 cases have been rising in recent weeks and getting vaccinated is the best protection against  COVID-19, especially for those aged 65 years and over and those who have a weak immune system. As we approach the next stage of our vaccination programme, there are still many ways for people to get their vaccine and we would urge anyone who has yet to get their vaccine or their booster to do so either at a walk-in clinic or by booking an appointment online.”
