The HSE is hosting three open recruitment days for nurses and midwives in Dublin’s Dr Steevens’ Hospital over the Christmas Holiday period on December 28th, 29th and 30th next.
Job candidates are being asked to register their interest in attending in advance and job interviews will be conducted at the event being held each day.
Commenting on the event Rosarii Mannion, HSE National Director of Human Resources, said, “This is an open recruitment event for nurses and midwives from all disciplines who are interested in working in the Irish health services. Nurses and midwives home from abroad on holiday who are thinking of returning to live in Ireland may like to take the opportunity to provide us with their details and attend for interview.
“We are also encouraging any nurses and midwives who may be thinking of returning to work to attend this event. It’s a great opportunity for them to engage with the health service and find out about the many opportunities available.”
Information will be available at the event in relation to current vacancies, professional development, Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) registration and Garda vetting procedures. The event is the first in a series of career day events for nurses to be held throughout 2017.
Nurses and midwives who wish to register their interest in attending are asked to email their CV and details of when they can attend over the 3-days to email@example.com
If nurses and midwives are unable to attend the Christmas Holiday event but are interested in working in our services, they can send an email to the above email address with their name, their areas of interest, their mobile number and contact email address. We will then register them with our Talent Pool, and they will be notified of all relevant future recruitment campaigns.
