Three venues for COVID-19 pop-up vaccination in Cavan Monaghan

Three pop-up COVID-19 vaccination clinics will be taking place in Cavan and Monaghan this week.

On Friday August 5^th a walk-in COVID-19 vaccination clinic will be held at Monaghan Primary Care Centre, St. Davnet's Campus, Monaghan.

Clinics will run at the following times:

·       10.30am - 11am: 5 - 11yrs, Dose 1, Dose 2

·       11.30am - 1pm & 1.30pm - 4pm: 12 + Dose 1, Dose 2, Booster Doses

·       65+ welcome for 2nd Booster if they need eligibility criteria             

On Saturday August 6^th a walk-in COVID-19 vaccination clinic will be held at Carrickmacross Primary Care Centre, Oriel Rd, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan

Clinics will run at the following times:           

·       10am - 12.30pm & 1pm - 3pm: 12 + Dose 1, Dose 2, Booster Doses

·       65+ welcome for 2nd Booster if they need eligibility criteria                       

In Cavan, a walk-in vaccination clinic will be held in Ballinagh Health Centre, Ballinagh, Co. Cavan on Friday August 5^th.                               

Clinics will run at the following times           

·       10.30am - 11.30am: 5 - 11yo Dose 1, Dose 2              

·       12 noon- 3.30pm : 12 + Dose 1, Dose 2, Booster Doses          

·       65+ welcome for 2nd Booster if they need eligibility criteria

Paula Loughran, Operational Manager Cavan Monaghan Vaccination Service said “We would encourage anyone who is due their primary or booster vaccines to avail of our pop up COVID-19 vaccination clinics in Cavan or Monaghan this week. COVID-19 is still very active in our communities and vaccination is the best defence against it.”
