Communications

The communications strategy for the Workplace Health and Wellbeing Unit is to ensure that support service staff are included in all relevant communications and are supported to share information, innovation and learning.

The unit is tasked with maintaining the ongoing communications with stakeholders and to take measures based on qualified feedback to ensure that staff support services are aligned to service requirements.

We aim to empower staff to maintain their health and wellbeing in a supportive and safe work environment, with our Vision, Strategy and Core Principles being fundamental to our goals.

The HR staff newsletter has featured a number of Workplace Health and Wellbeing initiatives since its establishment in 2016 such as the 'Introduction to the Workplace Health and Wellbeing Unit', 'Staff Health and Healthy Ireland', 'Flu Vaccine Campaign', 'Health and Safety in the Workplace', 'Inaugural Occupational Health Conference', 'Employee Assistance Programme' and 'Occasional Acts of Kindness'.
