Mediation Pack for Health and Social Care Services - Feb 2010

Under the Dignity at Work Policy mediation is the preferred method for the resolution of complaints of bullying and harassment which are not capable of being resolved by local management. (It can of course also be used for other workplace conflicts). The objective of mediation is to resolve the matter speedily and confidentially without recourse to a formal investigation and with the minimum of conflict and stress for individuals involved.
