National Undergraduate Curriculum for Chronic Disease Prevention and Management:Part 1

To ensure the sustainability of Making Every Contact Count, it is important to train and equip our future healthcare graduates with the skills necessary to support lifestyle behaviour change in their patients.  The large numbers of healthcare students graduating from undergraduate and graduate entry level programmes in Ireland offers a unique opportunity to provide targeted education in health behaviour change. The Making Every Contact Count Undergraduate Curriculum has been designed for our healthcare professionals of the future.
