Staff Health and Wellbeing
The HSE is the largest employer in the State with over 145,000 WTE employees (Dec 2023). The HSE is committed to providing a supportive environment that protects and promotes the physical, mental and social wellbeing of its workforce. The Healthy Ireland Staff Health and Wellbeing programme aims to support staff personal health and wellbeing and aims to adopt practices and policies to create a healthy workplace environment for all HSE staff.
