Our participants primarily come from the north side of Dublin. They represent all educational and social backgrounds but by far the largest group are those affected by social exclusion. Long-term unemployment, poor educational levels, difficulties with housing and problems with the criminal justice system are just some of the issues they experience.
Soilse participants are both male and female. They can be any age from 18 upwards but most are in their 20s and 30s.
