To ask the Minister for Health if the purchase of a house for use as a 24-hour staffed mental health facility in Midleton, County Cork has been completed by the HSE; if he will provide its exact location in Midleton; the total cost of the house; if it will require planning permission and adaptations or further works for use as a mental health facility and, if so, the budget for same; if it will include 'continuing care' placements or if it will function instead as a 'high support hostel'; the number of residents the facility will accommodate; the staffing levels for the service; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
