The functional area of the Regional Health Forum Dublin and South East shall be the administrative areas of local authorities Dublin City, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown, Wicklow, Carlow, Kilkenny, Tipperary South, Waterford and Wexford.

There shall be 32 members of the Regional Health Forum HSE Dublin and South East consisting of:

  • 3 members appointed by Carlow County Council
  • 4 members appointed by Kilkenny County Council
  • 4 members appointed by Tipperary County Council
  • 6 members appointed by Waterford City and County Council
  • 5 members appointed by Wexford County Council
  • 3 members appointed by Wicklow County Council
  • 6 members appointed by Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council

The public notice for the next meeting

The inaugural Regional Health Forum, Dublin and South East takes place on Tuesday 21st October, 2025. It will be held in the Council Chamber of Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown county council from 10.30am. This introductory meeting will be addressed by Martina Queally REO with members of her Executive Management Team presenting from Public Health, Capital and Estates and Public Affairs.
