Sustainable and active travel - walking and cycling

Active travel like walking or cycling helps to reduce pollution and it’s better for your health.

Being active is important for maintaining and improving our physical and mental health. Adults should aim for at least 30 minutes a day of moderate activity, 5 days a week.
