HSE Environmental Health: About Us

Every day your health, your home, your community and your environment are being positively affected by the work of the Environmental Health Service and you are probably not even aware of it.

Cyber attack implications for import controls

Due to the HSE having no access to computers or IT Systems, the Environmental Health Service in Dublin Port Health and Rosslare Port has adapted how it is carrying out import controls and accessing associated paperwork.

Agents and importers are asked to upload accompanying documents to Revenue's AIS system, or if suitable to TRACES NT, and checks will be carried out through these sites.

If required, paperwork can be sent via fax on 01 8976196 for Dublin.

If needed, please phone 01 8976133 (Dublin Port Health) or 087 1014865 (Rosslare Duty phone) to speak to a member of the team.
