Healthy Food Made Easy
The Healthy Food Made Easy (HFME) is a 6-week community cooking programme.
It helps people to have:
- a healthy diet
- plan meals on a budget
- make easy-to-cook meals.
Community Food and Nutrition Worker
A Community Food and Nutrition Worker improves community health and wellbeing. They address the issues of poor diet and food poverty.
Social Prescribing
A Social Prescribing link worker aims to improve mental health and wellbeing. They link people who need support into community activities and services.

The Making Every Contact Count (MECC) programme supports people to make healthier choices.
The MECC programme works with local health professionals. The programme helps them to have the proper skills to intervene and give advice to patients about healthy behaviours.
