Quick Tests for Blood-Borne Viruses
Millions of people worldwide are living with blood-borne viruses such as HIV, Hepatitis B, and Hepatitis C.
At first, these infections may not cause any symptoms. But over time, they can make you very sick and cause liver disease, cancer, or a weakened immune system.
HSE Migrant Health Section Dublin and North East (North County Dublin, and counties Meath, Louth, Cavan and Monaghan) are now offering a free, confidential, rapid testing service for Beneficiaries of Temporary Protection and International Protection Applicants for these viruses. If you are found to have one of them, you will be linked to specialised services, also free of cost to you. If you wish to avail of the service please phone 087 0369200 to find out where the testing clinics are currently scheduled.
Please note: Service is only available to Beneficiaries of Temporary Protection and International Protection Applicants.
