Brief description

This programme provides an overview of dementia, outlines a step-wise process for recognition of an emerging dementia syndrome, the importance of timely diagnosis, management of dementia and Behavioural and Non Cognitive Symtpoms (NCS). It also addresses modifiable risk factors and difficulties around disclosure of dementia.

6 hours (2 module, approx 3 hours per module)
