If you feel persistently sad, have trouble sleeping or experience unexplained aches and pains, you should visit your GP for some advice.
Anyone who requires any treatment will usually receive it from the GP alone, unless more support, for example, therapy services are required. All referrals to Louth Meath Mental Health Services must be done via referral from GP.

Counselling Service for Adults who have Experienced Childhood Abuse - Rian Counselling Service is a professional service for adults [over 18 years of age] who have experienced physical, emotional, sexual or neglectful abuse during childhood. All counsellors/therapists who work with Rian Counselling are professionally trained and have counselling/therapy accreditation.
Rian offers counselling to men and women living in Co.Louth; counselling is available from our offices in Drogheda and Dundalk. Rian Counselling Service is a confidential service and is free of charge.
