The Pension Estimator allows staff to calculate an estimate of pension benefits by entering details of service, salary, projected retirement date and work pattern from now to retirement.

The FAQs and Pension Estimator do not attempt to cover all aspects of the Pensions Schemes but will help you to understand the main benefits of your scheme. If you are a scheme member and require further information you should contact your Pensions Management (Superannuation) Department which can help with any detailed questions you may have relating to your own personal circumstances.

To apply for an official benefit statement fill in the statement/estimate request form and submit it to your local Superannuation Department.
Please note that the Pension Estimator is not applicable to members of the new Single Public Service Pension Scheme ('Single Scheme'). The Public Service Pensions (Single Scheme and Other Provisions) Act 2012 introduced the new Single Scheme, which commenced with effect from 1st January 2013. In general, all new entrants to pensions public service positions on or after 1st January 2013 are members of the Single Scheme. See further information on the Single Scheme.
