What is the Change & Innovation Hub?
It’s a contemporary and dynamic space where people can find up-to-date information and resources on people and culture change to:
- improve your confidence and capacity for delivering good change through practice and education programmes
- connect you with relevant supports and change and innovation networks
- create the conditions for change by promoting a whole-systems approach
Within the Hub you can access practical tools, resources, and learn from the experience of colleagues to support innovation, and how to define, design and deliver safer, better healthcare and staff and public value.

The template contains signposting and helpful prompts on what to include in your poster presentation to maximize the work involved in your service improvement or innovation.
