This draft document was developed following a detailed consultation process that commenced in early 2018. At that time it was agreed to refresh the People Strategy 2015 - 2018 in line with national policy. Feedback on the current draft is very welcome and can be forwarded to firstname.lastname@example.org. A People Strategy Action Plan is currently being completed as an internal working document to outline the details of the actions, responsibilities, deliverables and timescales to support implementation.
